2. No Guarantee of a Match or Employment
Vireva does not guarantee that:
- You will be matched with another individual or organization
- A potential match will result in an employment relationship
- A job-sharing arrangement will be created
- A particular schedule, compensation arrangement, or employment opportunity will be available
Any employment relationship or job-sharing arrangement is ultimately determined by the applicable individuals and healthcare organization.
3. Agreement Builder
Vireva may provide an Agreement Builder or similar resources to help users organize and discuss topics relevant to a job-sharing arrangement, including responsibilities, scheduling, handoffs, time off, communication, and expectations.
These resources are intended as organizational tools and do not constitute legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.
Users and participating organizations are responsible for determining whether they should obtain independent legal, HR, tax, or other professional advice before entering into an agreement.
4. User Information
You agree to provide information that is accurate and not intentionally misleading when using Vireva.
You are responsible for the information you submit and for updating information when necessary.
5. No Patient Information
Vireva's services are not intended for submission of patient information or protected health information.
Do not submit patient names, medical records, treatment information, or other patient-specific information through the Vireva website or its forms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Vireva for unlawful purposes
- Submit information belonging to another person without authorization
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the website
- Use the service to distribute spam or malicious content
- Misrepresent your identity or professional qualifications
- Submit patient information or other information you are not authorized to disclose
